Owner Relations Team

Job Title: Owner Relations Team Liaison
Reports To: Owner Relations Team Manager | Status: Full-time, year-round
Job Summary: This position will work closely with the Owner Relations Team Manager and the other members of the Owner Relations Team in handling all aspects of the department. The main objective of this department is to foster positive long-term relationships and build trust with our home owners. For that reason, we're looking to add team members who would like to grow with the team and help build those relationships.

Responsibilities:
●Proactive written and verbal communication with owners on misc. matters related to their homes and general operations in a kind and helpful tone
●Development of owner newsletters, surveys, and other online tools to communicate and evaluate company's performance for owners
●Handle day to day requests and questions from homeowners
●Conduct owner arrival inspections to ensure quality cleaning and maintenance standards, identify areas for improvement, and evaluate property upkeep and décor, collaborating with owners to coordinate updates to furnishings and inventory.
●Coordinate annual deep cleaning process between homeowners and WPLC team
●Proactively looks for ways to improve WPLC service and internal systems.
●Meet with owners face to face as needed
●Weekly check of owner arrivals to confirm owner inspection list with Property Care teams
●Work alongside Property Care Teams to ensure owner requests are met as well as to communicate property issues to the owner
●Coordinate with outside vendors working within properties
●Assist in the on/offboarding of properties
●Complete all other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:
●Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach
●Detail oriented, with strong analytical and organizational skills
●Computer proficiency and ability to adapt and learn new systems in a fast-moving work setting
●Ability to multitask and work in deadline driven environment
●Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
●Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
●Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
●Ability to be fully accountable for decisions
●Clean, professional appearance
●Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
●Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Compensation:
●$24-$26/hr
